Hilary Duff insists she would consider having cosmetic surgery in later life, because she always wants to feel good about her body. The Material Girls star, 18, is confused by young actresses who go under the knife in search of physical perfection, but she can fully understand why older leading ladies combat the passing of time with surgery. She says, “I don’t have anything against people who have surgery. If I get older and feel uncomfortable about something then maybe (I will have it). I never say never. “Some things are hard to deal with for a woman as you grow older. I think everyone should be able to feel good about themselves. “I don’t like it when it’s really obvious and gets pointed out. Some people go overboard.”]]>

I’m busy working on my new album. I have a lot of stuff going on now. Play with Fire is still on the MTV TRL countdown and Material Girls is still in theatres. Thank you for always supporting me. I want you to know how appreciative I am to all of you for your positive emails and continued support. I am trying to plan a trip back to NY to chill with Haylie. She just extended Hairspray through Thanksgiving, so it looks like my family may be spending the holidays in New York. The city is so beautifully decorated during that time of year.
