Stepping out for a Sunday social hour, Hilary was spotted arriving at a friend’s house in Toluca Lake, CA yesterday (April 3).

The “Beauty and the Briefcase” babe looked cute and casual in leggings and a long sweater as she hopped out of her vehicle and was greeted by a pint-sized pup.

The 23-year-old actress-and-singer has been experimenting with her tresses a great deal of late. Last year she dyed her hair chestnut brown, and then last month had edgy bangs cut in.

Hilary has since unveiled a new look, stepping out on Wednesday with luscious blonde locks, and her colourist Tracey Cunningham has revealed the star’s motivation.

“She wanted a change for the summertime season,” Tracey told UsMagazine.com.

“She loved being a brunette as well. She’s one of those lucky people who can wear any colour with her skin tone, but she felt like a change.”

Tracey, who has been working with Hilary for the past four years, has revealed how she achieved the star’s stunning new aesthetic. The hair expert is thrilled with the results and thinks the colour really suits her A-list client.

“I gave her highlights, some of them were bigger chunks, others finer strands. And I use a summery blonde shade to give her a beach look. It looks amazing on her,” she gushed.
