Hilary Duff was seen hopping out of her SUV to attend her pilates class on Thursday (September 29). She later left talking on the phone with a big shawl on.

Hilary just celebrated her 24th birthday on Wednesday and is taking it easy during this pregnancy.

Mentioning her husband Mike Comrie she Tweeted: “just laying in bed with mike&some of the pups. Enjoying how quite (sic) it is.Don’t think it will last long with this little bambino on the way.”

The couple announced her pregnancy on August 14 via her blog. It was also their first wedding anniversary.

She wrote, “We also want to share the exciting news that…… BABY MAKES THREE!!!’ We are extremely happy and ready to start this new chapter of our lives.”

Stepping out while celebrating her 24th birthday, Hilary Duff was spotted visiting a veterinary clinic in Los Angeles, CA on Wednesday (September 28).

The “Beauty and the Briefcase” beauty looked adorable in jeans, a t-shirt and zip-up hoodie paired with a darling hat as she made her way outside the building with sister Haylie following behind.

At one point, one of the usually pesky paparazzi approached Duff to give her some birthday flowers – which Hil graciously took with a big smile.

Hilary Duff has been having increasingly bizarre dreams as her pregnancy progresses – including one strange vision which featured movie stoners ”Cheech and Chong” working as her dentists.

No make-up? Check! No Spotlight? Check! No Fancy Dresses? Check! Normal Hilary? Check!

Miss Hilary Duff tweeted “Taking up a new hobby! First painting lesson today!it’s a work in progress… How
did I do???”. She has started to take painting lessons, as she says for a new hobby ! Isn’t she good?
