Enjoying some time in the Big Apple, Hilary Duff was spotted at ABC Studios in Times Square this morning (October 10).

The preggers “Foodfight!” actress was all smiles as she arrived for her interview on “Good Morning America” to promote her new book “Devoted.”

Hilary took to her official Twitter page last night to announce her arrival in NYC and the release of her book this week.

She tweeted, “very excited for my 2nd book ‘devoted’ to come out oct11th! Just got to NY for my week of press. I will be on GMA tomorrow! Don’t forget .”

Hilary is going to appear to a few more shows to promote her new book. As far as we know she’ll be:

October 17th – Ellen Show
October 17th – Chelsea Lately

In the high school-set feature, the story centers on a writer Henry, played by Mark Polish, who returns to his school as a graduation speaker and is told to get “connected” with the class. Duff plays a sexy student, with Community star Chevy Chase, Sean Astin and Winona Ryder in co-starring roles. (Ryder plays the main character’s high school crush.)

Stay Cool scerened at the Tribeca Film Festival in April 2009 and received positive reviews and also played the following year at Cannes.

The film, directed by Ted Smith and written by Polish and his brother Michael, is set to open in theaters Sept. 16.
