Now she is calling her fans to help support the charity. Fans can go to www.celebritiescallyou.com and send personalized messages from Hilary Duff to themselves or their friends. She pre-recorded hundreds of names for these personalized greetings, which include birthday, holiday and anniversary messages, which can be sent as a phone call or an eCard.

Each phone call costs $3.99, and all of the proceeds benefit Blessings in a Backpack. Duff has helped to donate millions of meals to underprivileged children from all over the United States.
